Fraud by Belgian Public Officials and NGOs

Introduction | Documents and details

All police services and private individuals with any knowledge of Oliver Albert Chanyut Chokjanphen (AKA Chanyut Vermeulen, Channy Vermeulen, DJ Channy and DJ Chavvy), born in Thailand on 28 February 1989, and last reported to be in Belgium, are urged to contact this website and/or his family at once as indicated: Tel.: 66 - 08 4 726 4836; 66 - 08 - 6024 - 7032. Or jamesonrosemont@yahoo.com

Belgian and Thai police services were complicit in kidnapping and trafficking the victim, obstructed search and recovery efforts and were in all ways wholly uncooperative and unreliable since. The Thai police intimidated complainants and witnesses and threatened their physcial safety.

An address and telephone number in the name of Chanyut Vermeulen in Zondhoven, Belgium were posted on two Belgian telephone company Internet websites in mid-October 2013. But he is unknown at the telephone number, which is in another town, Hasselt, and there has been no response to the letters sent to the address.

Personal photos on Facebook were taken at the address. The house can be seen at ground level with Google Earth.

This website has been reconstructed from copies of a website that was blocked by Lycos Tripod in mid-October 2013.

The blockage appears to have been committed in a criminal conspiracy to conceal documentary evidence of the traffic in children by an international pedophile and prostitution ring.

The blockage has been referred to the relevant authorities and is considered a criminal matter.

This website was reconstructed from records of a website,  Fraud by Antwerp Officials, posted by James Champa for the family of Oliver Albert Chanyut Chokjanphen, in 2002.

The website was blocked by Lycos Tripod employees on or about October 13, 2013.

Mr. Champa received hate mail from a Lycos Tripod employee, Steve Osemwenkhae, a Biafran from Nigeria living in The United States, in email messages with an official Lycos Tripod logo on October 30 and November 8, 2013.

Lycos Tripod and its parent, Ybrant Digital, refused to explain the blockage or the hate mail.

Law enforcement authorities were requested to determine the exact cause of the website account blockage by Lycos Tripod employees and their failure to explain or justify the blockage.

Did a pedophile employed by Lycos Tripod hack the website account out of personal malice?

Are Lycos Tripod employees in conspiracy with fraudsters and an international pedophile and prostitution ring trafficking in women and children to conceal evidence, obstruct efforts to search for trafficking victims and intimidate witnesses?

Law enforcement authorities have been alerted to the hate mail and have been asked to make Osemwenkhae account for it as well as make other Lycos Tripod employees account for their refusal to address the matter.

Legal counsel believes this particular site, Fraud by Antwerp Officials, is the prime object of hackers at Lycos Tripod.
